   Is there any plugin which will detect if a writer has posted a duplicate content? As a article directory we all look for original content. If such a plugin is made then a huge burden gets lifted off from our shoulders

   rumblepup, I don’t plan to create this version. Its easy to rework for the regular blog. Info from WordPress Codex will help you.

   I love the plugin and theme set. It is exactly what I am looking for except it’s not fully compatible with wordpress 2.6. After installing this plugin the media uploader stopped working.

   THe wordpress support site (http://wordpress.org/support/topic/164999) says this is a known issue with some older plugins.

   Do you plan on updating for wordpress 2.6? Is there any way I can entice you? :)

   Hi Dimox,

   Thanks for such a great theme and plugin set! It’s very versatile.

   I’m using it for a review site that includes a “rating” from the author. We use a custom field for the rating and would like to be able to sort by the custom field on the categories page where you currently have sort by title, newest, oldest.

   IE: It would be sort by title, rating, newest.

   Can you help or provide the code to sort by a custom field?

    I have this up and running and it looks like a great tool – thanks! I am interested in using this for a series of articles, but ran into one issue. The articles will have 5 major categories, each with a set of sub-categories. For this group of articles, I want all articles to be tied just to a sub-category and not to any main category. When I tried to do this using the theme/plug-in, I ran into a problem. Specifically, if you do not have an article tied to the main category, then when you click the main category link you get a Page Not Found. Ideally, I’d if someone clicked on that link I’d like it to just go to the page that shows all of the subcategories so the user can click around. Is this possible?

    I have 2 menu problems I haven’t been able to properly solve.

    The include function parameters in header.php are not showing the right page(s) for the top line or the lower menu line.

    In the statement

    I am not sure what the 2,5 parameters mean in your code above.

    According to your instructions they should be the pages to exclude, but changing them to correspond to my pages does not seem to work properly no matter what I have tried. It does not show or exclude the correct pages. Only 2 out of 6 pages seem to be affected by those parameters.

    Those parms do not appear to be page sequence numbers, or sequence of the pages. They don’t seem to exclude pages or include pages in any particular manner that I can figure out.

    I tried giving each page a sequence number, but that does not work properly either. With the default zero sequence it does not work properly either. It does not exclude or include according to the original page creation order either.

    Same exact problem occurs in the menu bar too. The parms don’t seem to correspond to actual sequence numbers, zero sequence numbers, alphabetical sequence or any thing I have tried.

    I am using WP Ver 2.6 and server has php ver 5

    Any suggestions?

    I just solved the following search problem.
    The Search Everything plugin caused the search error. It works ok with the WP default search.

    I am sending this in case anyone else has a problem with the search function and is using the Search Everything plugin.

    I had a search box problem.

    I got the following error if it cannot find the search term. I entered xxq and got the following error showing under the Recent Articles column.

    Kvotch, if you have not change the 404.php file of this theme, it should be exactly as you want.

    Charles, this is my mistake. I wrote ‘exclude’ instead of ‘include’, i.e. it should read as follows:

    and specify in the include option comma-separated list identifiers pages you wish to INCLUDE into the list.

    Thanks for reporting. I will correct this mistake.
