In order to discontinue your membership with Mylife.com you will need to disable the auto renewal feature activated on your account. Till the time this feature is not a deactivated you will be charged for the membership.

Customer care representatives are available every Monday to Friday starting from 6 AM to 9 PM PST. On the weekends the customer care representatives as are available from 6 AM to 6 PM PST. The customer care representatives will initially like to verify that you are the owner of the account you want to cancel the membership for. Once that’s done, they will cancel the membership for you. You will be able to use your membership services until the end of the term you have already paid for.
