He is a member of the USGBC LEED faculty team and has conducted LEED workshops for over 3000 professionals. Jeff is principal of Collins Development Company, a single-source Real Estate development and project management company, responsible for development of different types of projects throughout the southeast US, green and non-green alike.

Our standard Green Educational Video from Logical Green Institute includes the following:
1. 75-90 slides out of which 25-30 are project-specific and the remaining address green construction and USGBC. It totals 6 minutes of approximate play time.
2. We incorporate client’s original artwork like logo, images and site plan provided.
3. We match the video with colors and fonts to your other brochures to maintain consistency.
4. Our videos are available in a widescreen 16×9 (1920×1080) format.
5. We include standard audio music background as desired or your options.
6. Three formatted disks are given.
7. The cost for our educational video is $3,750 which clients can pay in three installments. However if the video was completed during construction and then updated with actual photos and accomplishments, clients need to pay an additional $875.
