Podere Paterno is a large stone country house fully furnished in refined Tuscan rural style. Ideal for parties and celebrations, the Villa is situated in the middle of a scenic hilly area and from the veranda you can appreciate the surrounding fields up to the medieval town Volterra.

In the garden there is a fantastic and panoramic swimming pool, the ideal place to relax and to organize barbecue parties.

On the ground floor, accessible from the garden an the comfortable dining room, you find a fully equipped kitchen with a gas cooker, an oven, a fridge and a freezer. Next to the dining room there is a living room with billiards, large open fireplace, Sat-TV room, HI-FI set with overhead projector and cinema screen, a toilet with shower and an intermediate floor with a piano.

From the kitchen you can access to the veranda and the fenced garden outside.

Three large double bedrooms and two large bathrooms with tub are located on the first floor.

The villa is gay friendly and nudism is accepted.

The hill of Podere paterno overlooks many surrounding medieval towns like Volterra, Lajatico, Peccioli, Terricciola and Chianni.

The sky that you can stare at night from here is something you can hardly find anywhere else. Closing your eyes in the peaceful nights in the garden and hearing the soft sound of the mediterranean cicadas
