Our first advice — don’t hesitate to make pics of anything you would like to capture and practice as often as you can!

In the beginning, you enable automatic mode and start making photos. Don’t get embarrassed or shy and remember using auto mode is not that bad as someone might think. If you do something, you always will make mistakes. We would recommend you to keep being optimistic as mistakes are already an experience. Let us continue. If the art prints, that you get, are liked by you and your friends, then abandon reading as you already have what you need. In case you think, why the photo you get does not transfer the emotions you’ve wanted to show, than be our guest and join this website there you can find handmade art photography prints!

Advice number two — composition is the key!

Even the most professional camera cannot see anything you want to capture. There are objective reasons for that. A photograph is an enclosed space. Unfortunately it shows a piece of what you see in front of you.

Let’s imagine, for example, you can only take with you 3 items for your travel. It’s no doubt, you will not pick useless goods. You will think and pick up only things you will surely need. It’s good to compose your photograph following this simple rule. Anything that will be a part of the photo should look harmonious. It would be useful if you make an effort to understand why has something attracted you.

When you choose the central part of future image, don’t stand like you’ve made of iron as only this way you can see all shades and object looks.

We see three dimensions, while camera can capture only two of them. That is why it’s recommended to avoid numerous branches of trees, sticking out of ears or Tour d’Effel located somewhere in your head. Also it’s important to check what you see looking at your object through camera.

Let’s stop here! Next time we will discuss camera’s fundamental principles, will learn to compose a photograph and you will get accustomed with color work.
